Shame on me! I completely skipped over September in my blogging. Good excuses though, I suppose. Hurricane Ike came through Houston, work has been hectic, and I went on vacation for a little over a week.
Not much has changed in my world. My last weigh in was 176.8. I won't reach my goal by my 1 year surgiversary, which is October 15. Instead of beating myself up, I need to be proud. I'm not 310 lbs anymore like I was a year ago! That is a remarkable feat!I will write more later.. just wanted to check in and let everyone know I'm still around! :)
